So i just bought a new ssd (crucial mx 500 250gb) And i tried cloning the c partition from my old 1tb wd blue that i have everything else on except games, which are on the d partition. After cloning the pc boots really nicely from the ssd, but the capacity of the ssd shows up now only as 199gb, that is same as the old c partition AND the clone to the ssd has about 10gb less data than the original one (61gb instead of 70gb). I used Macrium reflect.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with these problems!

You cloned from your 1tb so unless you wiped out the c: partiton on that drive just boot from it and then bring up disk management (run diskmgmt.msc). Since your SSD isn't C: anymore you now can extend the partition to the right side, using up the unallocated space. :)

FYI - you don't need to go into the bios to boot from your HDD. During boot up, at the same time you see 'Press X to exter setup' you will see an option to select a Boot device or Boot Override. Press whichever key it tells you to. Often it's F10 or F11.

Hint - press the Pause key as soon as you see the 'Press Del/bios' message and it will stay on that screen giving you time to read it and press the right F- key.
