Now, I'm not dumb, but I'm not a pro with computers. I know that most of the time, fans are the things that make a computer loud. But, I unplugged all my fans (including psu fan) and my system was still pretty loud (I build my computer, I turned off EVERY fan and I know I did). I don't know what is making the noise. I know it is not my GPU because I pulled that out too. Here are a list of components that it could be. My Mobo: Gigabyte ha-78lmt-usb3, my hard drives: 2 western digital blues 1tb and my water cooler: cooler master seidon 120v. I need clarification on which part is loud. (I replaced the fan on my wastercolling to a noctua fan it's pretty much silent). Btw, all my fans are on low noise adapters including my psu fan. Thanks

Sometimes, is not a fan is some vibration of your hardware I believe must be your cd-rom they always load even sometimes doesn' t have disk one, you try to unplugg it and check if the noise is less than before and been a quite it pc.
Cheers.

I don't use a cd rom anymore. But thanks for the help, they are pretty loud.
