Hello all, I just got a new naga x as my trinity developed the double right click issue, and I need some help.
I play with dpi extremely high, on the trinity it’s usually at 16000 dpi, never had any issues, with the naga x however there seems to be a problem, it doesn’t always pick up my very slight adjustments - with such a high dpi I normaly don’t need to make massive movements for my cursor to move, but for the x it seems it just doesn’t update as it should, I will confirm im using 16000 dpi with a 1000hz polling rate, can anyone give me any advice as to what I can do to make it less jittery when using smaller movements?
It’s frustrating as it doesn’t seem to pickup my small movements as well as it should, never had any issues with any other of the naga line, I have deleted synapse and reinstalled it but the issue persists, I need some help otherwise I may just return it and go back to the trinity

do they both run at same polling rate?

It could be GPU can't keep up. 1000hz seems to cause FPS drops. link
Pretty sure they both run at 1000hz polling rate yes, using a rtx 3070, it’s odd because my trinity was absolutely fine, but the naga x doesn’t seem to like small inputs, tempted to just send it back and replace my trinity with another trinity

My max DPI is 25k on this mouse but I like slow, not fast.

I would send it back and stick with what you know. I used two Steelseries mice for the last 8 years, only swapped to a G502 for something to do.

Yeah I guess going back to the trinity is the best idea, I went with the x because I only use the thumb grid on my trinity, and it’s expensive to replace the x does the same thing for slightly cheaper, it’s a shame :/
