Need help with a new build for gaming. 600-800$

Budget Range: 600-800 Before Rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, exclusively, mainly GW2/D3/WoW etc. Nothing too intense.

Parts Not Required: Mouse, keyboard, monitor, windows not required.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any website that has good deals, no preference. I am very familiar with Tigerdirect.ca and Newegg.ca

Country: Canada

Parts Preferences: I have always used intel/nvidia for no reason. I have no preference either way, but my monitor is a 29" 1920x1200.

Overclocking: Maybe, never done it so feel a bit uncertain. Dumb question, but not sure if I could do some serious damage or not.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe, none of the games I intend to play currently support either, but I can see it being beneficial to have the option.

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200

Additional Comments: Dont care how it looks, no need for flashy lights or running waterfalls. Just something that will work well and be rather silent.

The total for this build is $823.42 and it is over the budget so if you want to get a lower video card then that will bring the cost down some.

If you take this video card instead of the other one the total comes to $783.42 and then you would be under the budget limit. But you would be getting a lesser ranked video card.

Thanks for the replies guys, I appreciate the advice and help.
From what I understand, GW2 (and most MMOs) are CPU heavy as well as GPU, so I think I would opt for bigcyco1's build in this case, based on my very rudimentary knowledge here. Any insights?

Also, I could still really use a DIY guide for assembling a PC.

The motherboard in Bigcyco1's build does not support SLI/Crossfire, so if you have intentions of doing that later on you would have to change out the motherboard. The power supply also has 2 Pci-e 6+2 connectors and for sli/crossfire and with the 7850 you need 4 , but this is all in the event that you go with Crossfire if your content with the one 7850 and don't need crossfire later on then that build will be fine.
