Need help with a new monitor

Im currently looking for a new monitor for a dual monitor setup and would like it if somebody could assist me in finding a good monitor

my current monitor is an Asus MG278Q and id like to keep it roughly the same dimensions

Another MG278Q, otherwise you will run into mismatched colours.

Unless you have other considerations, I suggest buying the exact same monitor.
The same size and color will make dragging windows across an extended desktop seamless.
