Hi guys, I am fairly new to PC gaming and I picked up an advent Centurion Ci 5231, I though it was a good 2nd hand purchase as I got it for $200 , As I play competitively on all my games I bought a 144hz monitor I reach the frames but drops hugely no reaching the 144 half the game even if I cap them at 144 or lower sometimes it will never stay capped I have a filling its the Mother board and gpu and cpu, as I know they are out dated also my ram could be higher, I would like some ones opinion in which Mother board would fit my case as its going to be the same case any help would be amazing as I am having a hard time deciding what it is
