Ok So This Is My First Time On Tom's Hardware, And I've Been Going Off Of Forum After Forum Just Trying To Get A Simple Build That Will Get Me Through World Of Warcraft, Basic Mulitmedia, And A Average Game Here And There Mainly First Person Shooters.
I Originally Had A EVGA nForce 750i SLI FTW Motherboard In Mind For My Board But Seeing All The Complaints On Both Tigerdirect And Newegg Had Me Spooked Into Backing Off So This Is What I'm Looking At So Far, I'm Going To Place The Order This Friday So I Hope I Can Get Some Opinions Quickly, If You Feel Anything Needs To Be Tweaked At All Feel Free :) Willing To Try ATI Instead

New Egg Order:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80570E8400 - Retail $164.99

Case:Rosewill Wind Ryder RZLS142A-P YE Dual 120mm Cooling Fans and Mesh Design Front Panel Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case $39.99

Cooler: ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler $36.99

RAM:Kingston HyperX 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model KHX6400D2LLK2/2GR - Retail $26.99

Dedicated Video: MSI N9600GT-T2D512-OC GeForce 9600 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail $95.99

Tigerdirect Order:

PSU: O261-2008 :: OCZ / StealthXStream / 600-Watt / ATX / 120mm Fan / SATA-Ready / PCI-e Ready / Active PFC / Power Supply (6.6 lbs) $79.99

Motherboard: A455-2836 :: Asus P5QL PRO Motherboard - P43, Socket 775, ATX, Audio, PCI Express 2.0, Gigabit LAN, S/PDIF, USB 2.0 (2.25 lbs) $99.99

Thermal Paste: O261-8086 :: OCZ OCZTFRZTC Freeze Thermal Extreme Conductivity Compound (0.05 lbs) $5.99

HDD: TSD-750AS2 :: Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 750GB Hard Drive - 7200RPM, 32MB, SATA-300, OEM (1.7 lbs) $69.99

Memory Card Reader: M501-1186 :: Sabrent Internal 64-in-1 Multi Flash Media Card Reader - USB 2.0, Black, 3.5", Self Powered, SDHC Support, Vista Ready (0.25 lbs) $14.99

Dvd Drive: L49-1010 :: LG GH22NS30 Super Multi DVD Rewriter - 22x DVD±R, 8x DVD+RW, 6x DVD-RW, 12x DVD-RAM, 22x DVD-R, 48x CD-R, 32x CD-RW, Black, IDE (3.85 lbs) 29.99

Please Any Advice Would Greatly Be Appreciated! I've Read Too Many People Saying Quad Core Wouldn't Be Fully Used And Having A Dual Core At A Higher Speed Would Be More Efficient. I'm Really Trying To Stay Under A $750 Build. But If Anyone Can Help Me Figure Out A Build With A Quad Q9650 With Sli Or Crossfire For Future Upgrades, That Doesn't Exceed 750 Or Something Similar I'd Go With That (Basically Able To Run World Of Warcraft And Media, I Can Get The Cash A Couple Months Later For The Psu Upgrade And Video Cards To Really Beef It Up And Use The Actual Sli Or Crossfire)

Welcome to Tom's buddy!

The Case is really your opinion,But if you want a good quality one this is it:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129021

And the PSU I would really go with a bit more then 600W like this,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817815002

witch is what I have and it's a vary nice PSU,

I also have the E8400 and it's a Vary good CPU.

The Hard Drive, I would go with this WD,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136320

I have a EVGA 790i Ultra SLI witch is a Vary good Premium Mother board.

Here's a few good ones,

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128359

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131319

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128358

If you want just look though here and read the reviews and Judge them,
Make a pic of the one that you thing is good,

If your still not sure post the Board here and ask.

Good luck.

Really Appreciated The Suggestions, Wasn't Sure About The Psu To Begin With, More Than Likely I'll Change It Up With What You Suggested, I Already Switched Out The Hdd For Sure. Still Not Sure About The Board Though, A Part Of Me Doesn't Want To Go All Crazy For Sli Or Crossfire, And Now That I Think of It By The Time I Build A Newer Rig I'll Be Using A Quad And Definitely Multi Cards. Would That Kind Of Graphics Card Hold Up For Just Basic Gaming, Or Would It Be Able To Handle Newer Games Without Sufferering Greatly? Or Am I Better Off Paying The Extra 60-100 Dollars For A Better Card? I Mostly Use My Xbox360/Ps3 For Gaming, But I Rather Play Command And Conquer Type Games And Well Forced To Play World Of Warcraft On My Pc.

Wow Really Good Ideas! I Will Be Going With The Graphics Card Definately But Are You Sure Thats Enough Power For Everything And The 1 Card? I'll Prob Buy The 2nd Card And Upgraded Power Supply Down The Road, And Save The Old Supply For A Little Build For A Spare Basic Computer.

Ah Quick Question Before I Place The Order And End Up Kicking My Self For It, Should I Got 32 Bit Vista Or 64 Bit? I Know If 64 Bit I'll Be Doubling The Ram But Just Making Sure Its Worth The Extra Little Bit Of $$

First Of All Thank You For All Your Help! The Build Worked Out Great, Just Had To Buy The Retention Bracket For The Heatsink Due To Issues With The Pushpins Staying In When Locked. I Was Wondering If This Build Is In Anyway Overclockable Or Is It Better To Just Stay With All The Standard Settings. I Don't Mind Either Way, Just Seeing What The New Build Can Do.
