need help with a8 7600 tdp (45w\65w)

hello everyone,
I have an apu 8 7600 with mobo asus a55bm+.
The tdp set to auto in the the bios , and i cant choose 45\65w, only auto.
how can i change the tdp? what is auto mean?

update your bios if not already up to date (version 2402):

you can easily check, if the CPU is running at 45W or 65W
TDP__________________65W / 45W
CPU Base Clock______ 3.3GHz / 3.1GHz
CPU Turbo Clock______3.8GHz / 3.3GHz

run prime95 and cpu-z

If it´s over 3.3GHz the tdp is 65W, if 3.3GHz or less -> 45W
