Need help with advice I got about connecting a add egg CPU cooler

Darkflash shadow CPU cooler! It's fairly new I believe and it comes with a 3 pin add rgb plug and 4 pin rgb plug. It is an air cooler and says pwm but I was told to not plug anything into cpufanheader only plug the 3 pin to the 3 add rgb header and 4 pin into the 4 rgb header... So nothing into CPU fan header and it's gonna work perfect but it also stated that if hooked up wrong you will fry your board. Can any 1 with a tad more experience than I have "my 1st build for my son" LMK if this is correct? From everything I have learned so far it doesn't seem right but IDK cuz like I SD 1st build got into it cuz my son wanted a PC and started taking interest and told him we have to build it if u want 1 so I got addicted and just started learning and buying so please help does this make sense.. Again it's a darkflash shadow rgb CPU cooler. Ty ty ty. Sorry for the short story! Just 7 months ago I would have SD I no nothing about that crap too confusing and wasn't interested but this Removed is so addicting it's in real. Adult Lego's I've heard a few times 100% any way if any 1 could help me sleep tonight Dat be cool and ty..

What do the instructions that come with the cooler say? Can you provide a link to the product somehow?
