need help with adware in windows 10

hey guys i upgraded to windows 10 couple of days ago and i downloaded some dumb shit and now i have adware in my pc i tried using adwclener, malwarebytes, zemana to get rid of it
my command prompt opens and closes rapidly ads open when i click something tin the browser i need to get rid of it tired tried eveyrthing and i dont want to format my whole pc and i dont know much about this stuff if anyone cant help me that would be awesome thank you.

try downloading bitdefender free and see if it helps

try installing Ublock Origin on your browser (works with chrome, edge, firefox & Opera) as it will block the adds from loading
