[SOLVED] Need help with Asus Maximus x Hero BIOS Settings.

Just got a brand new SSD and did a fresh install of Windows.

What settings do I need to configure in the BIOS?
All I have done so far is load the optimized defaults. This system is primarily for gaming.

PC Specs:

MOBO- Asus Maximus x Hero
CPU- Intel i7 8700k w/ Noctua Cooler
GPU- Zotac 1070Ti
RAM- Corsair DDR4 3200Mhz 16GB
SSD- Samsung 970 Evo Plus
PSU- EVGA Supernova 850 G2

How do I run stability tests?

I am kinda clueless when it come to the BIOS. Will there be a setting that says XMP Enable/Disable and that's it?

The only thing I know to change is my ram frequency as the default is lower.

Do I need to overclock my cpu at all yet? Will it make much of a difference while I still have a 1070Ti?

For gamers, I run memtest86+ overnight (6-8 hrs) and if there aren't errors then I assume its good.
