So here is my question.

I recently purchased an Asus Rampage V Extreme/U3.1 Motherboard(Couldn't get the text to work as link, sorry).

Link for Motherboard: http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/RAMPAGE_V_EXTREMEU31/

On the Asus website it shows that the motherboard can handle 3300+MHz(OC) RAM. Does that mean that I should be OK if I use the new 32GB 3200MHz Corsair Dominator platinum that was just released with the red top?

Link for RAM: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/dominator-platinum-series-16gb-4-x-4gb-ddr4-dram-3200mhz-c16-memory-kit-cmd16gx4m4b3200c16r

I just wasn't sure if the OC mean't that the RAM was overclocked or the motherboard had to be overclocked. Thanks.

Should be okay. Some settings might be changed to allow such a high speed. If you've got the board and the ram, I'd enable XMP see if that works and see what got changed in the BIOS (tweak if need be).
