Need help with asus notebook

NotebookE203M won't turn on. The light bulb is blinking, it wont turn on. Just bought it and it was fine last night, woke up and it's not working.

Is that just on battery and if it is, is the behaviour as bad with mains electricity?

It's not doing anything. It wont turn on at all or charge

If the battery is removeable, take it out and see if mains electricity can go it alone. Sometimes a battery has died to the point where current can't even pass through it.

We held the on bottom for 1 minute and it t turned on...thank you
