Need help with audio

Hey guys

Basically I want to be able to hear audio from my pc and xbox one at the same time, this is primarily because I want to use razer comms to talk to my friends while playing xbox. however as the two devices are on different input sources (pc on display port, xbox one on hdmi) this doesn't work as audio cuts out as soon as I switch to xbox. My monitor does have a audio jack which is the only source of audio for the xbox one.

At the moment I am currently using my headset for xbox one audio and earphones for razer comms on my lappy, I want to be able to use just my headset for both.
is there any workaround?
