its telling me that i don't have the administrative rights every time i try to install it please could you help soon

Got to the setup file (on the CD/DVD/whatever probably called setup.exe or nameofthegame.exe) and right click and select 'run as administrator' I'm guessing you're running either Vista or Win 7 right ?
