Need help with Benq XL2430T Settings

Hello I just got my new BenQ Xl2430T Monitor and I want to get the settings perfect for games with color and darkness. I mainly play FPS like CSGO and I watch a lot of flims. I would like to know what Gaming Settings and Display Settings you have/Best for this monitor. Thank you.
