[SOLVED] Need help with Bios Black Screen

I opened my bios out of PURE curiosity and pressed sign out an exit... it immediately black screened and I have no connection to either of my monitors I feel like I have tried everything.

have you taken out the watch battery for a minute or so to reset the bios and tried that.
