Need help with BIOS menu on a Lenovo desktop.

Trying to turn off secure boot on my Lenovo. Windows 10 as OS obviously. I've pressed F12 during boot, I've held F2 and then Ctrl +Alt +F11. This is what happens when i try to go to UEFI menu or press F1 during boot : http://imgur.com/a/sBOCO
Please help me. I've tried everything i've found so far.

BIOS Utility is entered by holding F2 while the ThinkPad logo is displayed after power on.

I'm sorry man, but I don't see a ThinkPad logo. The only logo that shows up is the Lenovo logo. And when I hold down F2, it crashes.
