Question Need help with bootable usb device

Hi guys I built a new pc evrything is compatible but when trying to install windows 10 with usb its not being detected.

Legacy support and usb support is on.
Is there any other options.

Motherboard is
A g33m-ds2r gigabyte motherboard.

Is the USB boot-able? What program/method did you use to create the boot files on the USB drive? Have you tried booting the drive on another system?
