[SOLVED] Need help with brother printer going to "spooling" windows 10

Hi..my printer goes to "spooling" when trying to print a larger document. Brother HL-L2390, windows 10 lenovo laptop..could anyone help me resolve this? thanks so much

Spooling is what is supposed to happen.
The PC is sending the doc to the printer.
The limited brain and memory in the printer can only take so much.

The PC saying "spooling" is just waiting for the printer to catch up.

The document eventually prints, correct?

Oh, I thought you meant "large".

Rebooted the printer recently?

Just power off then on again.

its been on spooling for 6 mins..4 page document

Stuck previous print job, bad drivers, communication problems. Resolving in order - restart printer, restart computer, check are networking didn't died. Driver reinstall as last effort.
