Hey guys,

Sorry if i posted this in the wrong section. So here's the story, I've had this PC for about a year now, I've OC'd the CPU to 4.5ghz(i5 3570k), ran it through prime95 for a few hours, been playing fallout 3/NV, skyrim & stalker COP for months & everything has been smooth sailing, recently I've bought a G1 gaming GTX970(had a ASUS GTX670 4gb DirectCU II) & started playing COD MW3, been playing for about 2 months now? just the other day while I was playing MW3, it froze & then I got a BSOD 🙁

Here's the BSOD info I got from BlueScreenView(I'd use Windows Debugger but for some reason the setup won't let me install it :S)

Here's my system specs:
ASUS Maximus V Formula Mobo
i5 3570k(OC @ 4.5ghz) + CL Hyper Evo 212 fan
Kingston Hyper X Predator 2x4gb 2400mhz RAM(running at 1333mhz)
G1 Gaming GTX970 4gb
Thermaltake Armor Revo Case + small fan from previous PC build
Antec HCG-620M PSU

My take on this situation is that my PSU isn't powerful enough to handle everything that's going on, when I bought the GTX970, the guy serving me(which is obviously PC/Tech savy) was a bit skeptic on me running the GTX970 with my PSU. My PC was running fine when i had the GTX670 then all of a sudden i'm getting BSOD's after installing the GTX970 which is way more powerful then the GTX670 & out of all games COD MW3? i don't think that games even that demanding with my specs, correct me if i'm wrong? I also live in australia & it's bloody hot down here lol maybe heat issues?

Well guys sorry for the extremely long post but any advice on my current situation would be much appreciated, thanks in advance :)

wait what? the gtx970 uses less power? :S now i'm really dumbfounded lol how could it be my graphics card overheating? it's running at stock speeds, i haven't touched it, plus isn't the G1 gaming version has the best cooling out of all the other brands? thats why i got this one, do you think it's faulty?

It can't be my CPU overheating, max temps i get while playing games is 50 degrees. Another thing i'm thinking, maybe my CPU needs more volts at 4.5ghz? because when i successfully got it to 4.5ghz(had it running for about a year) people were saying the volts i used were very low in keeping it stable, my volts were at 1.080V max when on load, people were surprised lol maybe i should add more volts to the CPU?

BTW just got another BSOD -__- but this time it was different, here's the BSOD info:

Please help 🙁

Okay, i just turned off my OC on the CPU & running prime95, everything seems fine, just then when i ran prime95 with the OC, it would crash with the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD but i still haven't gotten the MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION BSOD yet, I'm thinking I should up the volts on the CPU with the 4.5ghz OC? what are your thoughts?

I've just upped my CPU Load Line Calibration to High(50%), previously I had it at Medium(25%) & now am running prime95 for a while & it hasn't crashed/BSOD yet, hoping for the best, let me know what you guys think :)
