Need Help with BSOD Plz and Thank you

Got BSOD, tried figure out what the cause was, but got stuck. Was seeking help from people more knowledgeable than me.

So i got as far as thinking its something to do with ntoskrnl.exe by what the BlueScreenView has showed me, but i don't know what to do next.

i ran the memtest, and no errors. All the drivers and BIOS are up to date. As for the hardware info,
12v min: 11.933 Max: 12.197 Avg: 12.007
5v min: 5.040 Max: 5.064 Avg: 5.064

I don't know if this means if its holding or not?

But my computer has been sluggish lately, temporarily freezing here and there when loading something
