Need Help with BSOD Plz and Thank you

Got BSOD, tried figure out what the cause was, but got stuck. Was seeking help from people more knowledgeable than me.

So i got as far as thinking its something to do with ntoskrnl.exe by what the BlueScreenView has showed me, but i don't know what to do next.

run memtest86 from a usb stick see if one of the ram sticks is bad. make sure the ram and video cards are installed. if it not ram the next is use hardware info set it to logging and sensor see if the 12v rail not holding.

i ran the memtest, and no errors. All the drivers and BIOS are up to date. As for the hardware info,
12v min: 11.933 Max: 12.197 Avg: 12.007
5v min: 5.040 Max: 5.064 Avg: 5.064

I don't know if this means if its holding or not?

But my computer has been sluggish lately, temporarily freezing here and there when loading something
