Hello everyone,

I really have no idea how to troubleshoot BSOD's and I've been having an issue with getting a blue screen when using a streaming based program. Whether it's using something like Universal Media Server or OBS (Open Broadcaster Software). I've run what I think is memtest86.. I went to the site and ended up with a passmark burn in test that had a memory tester on the program. The test came up with no errors. Also, just go ahead and assume that I do not know how to upload any files you may request when you ask for them. Thanks for your help 🙂

I do not know how I would do that. Can you print screen a BSOD? Gotta explain this stuff like you would to a child man. I know some tech but troubleshooting and looking up errors I'm garbage with. Also, I never know when the BSOD is gonna happen. Sometimes it will be when I use the program. Sometimes its the same day the program was used but way later

*bump*

so I've tested all my ram with memtest86. the first test was all ram where it was currently seated. That test brought up around 200+ errors in a couple hours.
After that I tested all 3 sticks of ram in each slot that was being used in the first test... so around 9 tests total. These tests yielded no errors...So I placed all the sticks of ram back in and left the second slot open because when testing I had an instance where there was a 1 long beep, 2 short beeps signal ( was not sure what that was) so I just skipped that slot and put the sticks in the 1st, 2nd and 4th slots. I ran memtest with that setup and it yielded no errors and a bit later my pc still BSOD's with bad pool header so I ran memtest again and there were still no errors..
