Hello guys,

I've been experiencing bsod with UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION and was wondering if anyone could help me out solve the issue because it is driving me crazy..

I've updated all my drivers, ran sfc, checked my ssd health, ran RAM test, updated BIOS, windows etc. everything looks fine but the problem still persists..

I can post memory.dmp if necessary.

Solution
There are several members here who are experienced with memory dumps, etc..

I (full disclosure) am not one of them.

So with regards to the above memory dump I will defer to those members. They may need or require additional information.

In the meantime, my suggestion is to run "sfc /scannow" and "dism" to clean up possible file corruption.

Then manually (no third party tools or apps) download the drivers directly via the applicable manufacturer's websites.

Reinstall and reconfigure accordingly.
Update your post to include full system hardware and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (new, original, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Thanks for the reply. I'm actually using a laptop MSI GS66 11UG.

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-bit Ver.2009(OS build 19044.1620)
BIOS Version: E16V4IMS.116
BIOS Release Date: 2022/01/12
CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz
Memory: 32 GB @ 1600 MHz
Graphics: Intel(R) UHD Graphics, 1024 MB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU, 8192 MB
Disk: SSD, SAMSUNG MZVL22T0HBLB-00B00, 1907.73 GB (only using 29% of disk space as the device is brand new)

If you look in Reliability History and Event Viewer do you see any related error codes of any sort?

Clicking any given error will provide more details about what happened - an error code for example. Unfortunately the details may or may not prove immediately helpful.

Noted that the drivers were reinstalled. Was that done manually or via some third party tool/app?

If third party - try manual downloads direct from the applicable manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.

Regarding drivers I used DriverEasy and driver booster to install all the outdated drivers once I got the machine. I've also forgot to say that I've checked Event viewer and the only critical error when the bsod happens says the system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power (Event 41, kernel-power)

I also had a few critical errors in regards to my audio drivers but I fixed those but the BSOD still occured no matter what I do.

Here is my memory.dmp maybe this will also help a bit.

Thank you. I ran both sfc and DISM but no problems were found. I will try to download drivers manually from MSI website and see if this solves the problem.
