Solution
From what you've stated there, seems nice, couple of points I would make:

- 750W PSU is excessive, that rig will likely not pull more than 300W. NVIDIA Recommend a 300W minimum PSU with that GPU, personally IMO a good 400W PSU will do you absolutely fine.
- Gaming cases widely vary, so you'll want one sufficient for your current (and potential future expansion) needs
- The i5 6500 can handle better than the GTX 1050Ti, but you may still struggle to get a 1060 at a reasonable price still with the market, but the market is easing.
- A 500GB hard drive will likely fill up pretty quickly for newer games
- RAM speed is also relevant as I believe most B150 PRO motherboards cap their RAM frequency at 2133. So for a example a 2400 RAM set...

New or Used ? Price is good for new. Price is bad for used unless you know the seller well. (Compare with refurb i7-4770 system from Walmart for $380).

IF the components are changeable suggest you get a reasonable power supply rather than a random generic. If someone if building this for you ask for a tier 3 or better supply from this list. You don't need to deal with a bad power supply, blue screens you can't debug, etc. If this is an OEM PC (Dell, HP, etc then the PSU will be fine. If this is a "cheapest 750W 😛SU off amazon or newegg then it's likely a problem you do not want.

A 500GB spinning drive is not a good investment. Either get a 2TB or larger drive (for it's much better speed as much as for size) or get a small SSD.
