MOBO=MSI X470 Gaming Pro
CPU=AMD ​Ryzen 5 2600X Box
RAM=G.Skill RipjawsV 16GB DDR4-3200MHz (F4-3200C16D-16GVKB)
Will i have any compatibility problem with those 3 parts ?

If anything, you're overspending.

2600 (non x) is good, you just have to do your own overclock. Not exactly worth the price mark up.

The x470 board is premium, but largely a preference. There are many 450s too that are nice, slightly cheaper

3200 Ram will be good for years to come, but 3000mhz is more than enough

Just making sure. Your Ram is in 2x8gb configuration?

If not, replace it for that
