Hello, this is my first time on these forums but everyone seems to know their stuff so I thought it would be a great place to ask about my dilemma.
First off my budget is around 900-1200$ and this is my first gaming PC purchase ever and would just like to set my computer to be able to last up to 4-5 years.
This computer is going to be mostly for gaming and maybe a little bit of programming along with normal-use functions like the internet and school work. With so many different opinions and reviews between parts and cpu builds it is just overwhelming me and I have YET to purchase any computer. (Still playing this crap laptop in frustration in each game I play while I try and figure out what to purchase)

I have come up with 2 different builds on eBay, not saying I will purchase from them yet, because I am not sure if it is the best place to buy,(would appreciate opinions on that is well) but they do have good warranties. Please determine which build is better overall and what things, if any, would you add/subtract or degrade/upgrade to get your best overall performance for the next 3-5 years in gaming and such.

Current games: Counter Strike GO 1.6, League of Legends, Starcraft 2, Diablo 3, Heroes of the Storm, Hearthstone, World of Warcraft, Minecraft, Age of Empires 2, DayZ, and BF4/Titanfall with new computer.

Thank you to all of the educated people in regards to this matter and appreciate any thoughtful advice!!

@Alpha3031
I am still fairly new to computers so I am not familiar with OC'ing, (assuming this is "overclocking") but I am sure in the future overclocking might be necessary. As of right now I am not interested in overclocking unless it is necessary to run the games that I play at an optimal level.

Sorry if I missed parts, but I couldn't access ebay.

@Alpha3031,
Thanks for the response and wow that seems like a pretty good deal. It seems as if you are leaning towards the i5 setup I had with eBay in the 2nd link provided. I will consider adding the Liquid CPU Cooler as well as swapping out for an Asus motherboard. Also, I hear an SSD is more of a luxury part for a PC, so could this be left out to help upgrade the gpu in replace of it? Thanks again and hope someone else has some input as well!
