Need Help with Build Quick!!

I am going to purchase a pc later today, but just went on newegg, and found a really good combo with a good discount. Here is my entire build, and there are 2 psu's and cases because the -$59.99 one is the combo i might get. Please help me choose based on if it is better, and please make sure it is compatable.

Neither PSU is really acceptable.

The 550ti is not a good buy usually. Radeon 5770/6770 is the better buy at that price range.

If this is a gaming build, you should probably re-adjust things so that you are a bit more balanced. Money is better spent towards a GPU. Perhaps an i3?
