Ok, so the partpicker list is your current build.

From those specs, I'd suspect your mixed memory kits aren't getting along.
Since you recently got an SSD - you cloned your old OS over to the SSD, didn't you? But the process probably didn't go smoothly, so you would need to reinstall the OS again to fix that one.

OC Genie2 isn't the same as eXtreme Memory Profile.
OC Genie2 does not appear to touch the memory speeds, so you will have to go into bios and enable XMP yourself.
I cant seem to turn on/ no option to change xmp
I am very new to this, i followed instruction/youtube and I dont have that option under my BIOS OC settings

Have you tried the following:
Go into bios, select OC, then go to Customize OC Genie.
Go down to Extreme Memory Profile, and enable it. Save settings and exit.

You can also do it without OC Genie:
Bios again, OC menu, but scroll past Customize OC Genie on the list; Extreme Memory Profile should be further down the list.

The only option I see is to manually change my ram to 1333 from a drop down, should i do so?

Huh... well I'm stumped on that one.

The ram is already running at 1333mhz, but that kit supports 1866mhz via XMP.
You can still try to manually set the frequency, primary timings, and voltage:
-1866mhz
-CL10-11-10
-1.5v for both memory channels

I almost need to have someone sit down with me at this point, at the shop i had asked the guy to overlock it , but i don't think that is the case.
