Hello im looking into making a gaming rig and i only have 700$ to spend can i get some help and recommendations

Graphics Card: GTX-750 or 750ti
8GB RAM
PSU: Corsair CX430

Do you need a monitor/case/keyboard/mouse?

Edit: They're a little expensive, but that's because they are 990FX chipset boards. I would recommend you get a 990FX board.
