Need help with build

Hi guys, I need a build that can run most modern games on high settings at 60 fps on 1080p. I don't need any peripherals, just the tower. I live near a micro center which is in columbus ohio. I prefer to buy all my parts in store from them since they offer help with building if you do so. I want the build to easily upgradeable in the future; I plan on upgrading the gpu and cpu asap. I prefer it to be an Intel build.

Budget: 700$
