I would get a more name brand power supply. EVGA, Corsair, Seasonic, etc.

Just to say,if you could get something with Pentium 4560/4600/4620 + B250 motherboard would that be imo a better deal,but don't know how parts are available in your country.
Agree on the psu,just because the one mentioned is quite an unknown brand,quality can only be guessed.
