Need help with build

I'm currently building for gaming 1080p and I need help to find a right monitor and video card for my build with no(or not severe)bottlenecks,screen tearing etc.

So I'm looking to play at 1080p getting 60 or more fps on ultra settings.Also I have some of the parts already for my build below:

Antec earthwatts ea 650 650

Gigabyte h97m d3h

Intel i5 4590

Kingston hyper x blue 16gb(2x8)

Seagate 1tb

Cryorig m9i

Get this monitor. (Knowing budget would help so I found cheapest)
And a 1050ti GPU or a 1060 3G or 6G depending on your budget and you're set.
