Approximate Purchase Date: 2 Weeks or so
Budget Range: $670 (He does not want rebates because of the hassle and shipping is covered)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Light Video Game capture, Web browsing, Watching streams.
Games Mostly Played (Not in order): Team Fortress 2, CSGO, Arma, Minecraft
Are you buying a monitor: No
Do you need to buy OS: No
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg and NCIX
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Overclocking: Maybe in the future
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Info: He wants a Good case to work with, high airflow since its hot where we live (Vegas), Decently quiet. He also would like to use 2 monitors instead of 1 But only one of his monitors will be 1920x1080 the other is a lot smaller.

I thought of it as this way, you can get get a CPU that can overclock but have a bit of a weaker GPU since a lot of your games are CPU reliant. I am so sorry for going over budget.
