Hello! I live in Canada so i need the prices in Canadian!

I Want to play games like: Call of Duty 4, Saints Row IV, Battlefield 3!

I'm on a budget and i already tried choosing parts but total came up to around $600... maybe i chose parts too good... i am planning in upgrading down the road so no worries... but i want to build a computer that can play those games on Low-Medium is fine... For $300-400

Any help will be deeply appreciated!!

Yes, the $500 budget makes a big difference, you can get a discrete GPU now. Dropped the G4620 in favour of the G4560. Not a big hit in terms of performance but we can put that money towards the GPU. Managed to find a 1050 which fit. This system will have significant gaming performance improvement compared to the last one. Also swapped the PSU, better quality.

Your budget puts you at the very bottom end, not much you can do. Best to go here with a new Pentium which has Hyper-threading and HD630 integrated graphics. A discrete GPU is not possible at this price point which has greater performance compared to the HD630. Since you only have two RAM slots on the mobo I chose 1X8GB ram instead of 2X4GB, this will allow for an upgrade to 2X8GB later. No keyboard, mouse, monitor or OS included.

I understand! I got some money and i can afford up to $500 in parts now... So if a $100-150 extra will boost my gaming performance then please tell me and give me which parts :) thank you so much!

That motherboard will not work with kaby lake cpus unless it is flashed with a skylake cpu installed first. He needs a b250m motherboard. they aren't as cheap, but you can get them for $80.

Realistically, $450-$500 is going to be more realistic. Saving that little bit more is going to be the difference between something you regret, and an actual respectable budget pc. The G4560, GTX 1050TI, B250m motherboard, 8gb ddr4 2400mhz, 1tb HDD, 430-450w PSU, and case is what you will need. It's actually a respectable pc, and will be better than what you even said you aimed for. Probably 1080P Ultra settings that almost will never drop below 30fps. basically a ps4 pro

CPU support list for the mobo. G4560 is listed.

Alright. in Compatibility Notes it says: Some Intel H110 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaby Lake-S CPUs.

what does that mean?

It means that MOST of them only support skylake cpus out of the box. in other words... just get a h270 or b250 motherboard

If the mobo comes with BIOS rev. P7.10 installed it should work out of the box. And if not, then the BIOS just needs to be updated. But I don't see why you exlude this mobo using this as a reason. Yes, a B250 or H170 chipset is better but there will be extra cost, barely made budget here.

It has to have a skylake in the socket to flash it though, and realistically all the boards you order are going to be ones that have been sitting in a warehouse so they won't have that latest BIOS.

in order to even get into the bios and set up usb boot drive with the flash, you have to have a cpu in the socket so that the board can even put out a display. (integrated graphics)

example on old BIOS versions being extremely common. I have one of the newest motherboards out, a MSi B250m mortar Arctic, the BIOS version that came on it was last updated in mid december 2016. one can only imagine how many h110s are stockpiled at distributors seeing as they were one of the most popular budget build boards. just trying to save someone from possible RMA hassle.

I have nothing against the board, I'd have loved to purchase one and save money, if I was guaranteed one that was already ready for kaby lake

First, thank you for explaining that, I must admit I was somewhat skeptical about what you were saying but it checks out. What a bizarre situation, kind of like a chicken and an egg, you have to use the CPU to do the update but you can't use the CPU without the update. I guess that it will fade away though as boards are updated at the factory.

yeah, only very few high-end motherboard support the bios update without a cpu in the socket. lot's of people have had problems with their first build not booting because they got the kaby lake cpu with the "skylake board." I feel bad everytime I see a thread. pc part picker should have updated their site to reflect this, as most people probably used them. but i guess they only care about hardware compatibility and don't take into consideration software revision/updates
