Need Help With Building PC

Hi!

I would like to hear some opinions, suggestions. Writing from phone, my belowed 7 year old PC's psu died right before easter. I work from home through my computer and instead of changing the Psu again (for the second time now) I decided to buy a new.future proof PC.

Please help me regarding compatibility! I would only use it at 1080p max.My work consists of having a dozen tabs open being a webmaster, doing some graphics and occasional video rendering for our busi ness website. So I picked one of the best processors I could find, but note: I don't want to OC, nor do SLI, nor have a screen res higher than.1080p however, I would like to play games in my free time and to run them on max settings. Games include Crysis 1, Stalker COP, Hitman Blood Money and maybe run GTA 5 on high settings. I also process high quality 20+ MB Raw images and this was painfully slow on my now non-functioning PC.

The following list covers my complete budget. I can change things, but cannot go more than $50.00 higher:

Ram: Corsair 8 GB DDR3 1600 mhz
Vga: Gigabyte GTX 970 4GB DDR5 GV-N970 G1 gaming
PSU: Thermaltake 630W smart SE
Case: Thermaltake Chaser A31
Cpu cooler: cooler master hyper 103 RR-H103-22PB-R1

Bump just in case. Need a new PC asap to continue work, however I'm planning long term.
Anything on that list can be modified without exceeding $50.00 however I'd like to stick to tbe CPU and VGA on the list.
