I currently have a pc that can run most games I play but other games I want to play like rust watch dogs 2 Wildlands and some others I cant run at all or just barely I got a new graphics card a few months back GTX 1060 6GB but the problem is mostly in the CPU and RAM.

My specs:
Motherboard: Asrock H61M-HVS
Power supply: Hercules Pro 580
CPU: I5-3450
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
Ram: 8GB DDR3

The graphics card and power supply is fairly new so I dont think I need to upgrade those and that could save me more money especially on the graphics card
I just need a PC that could run the games I mentioned earlier and future games like dying light 2

Both builds easily handle gaming although for the AMD Ryzen build you'll want to overclock the CPU to around 3.7-3.8ghz range with the stock cooler or go with the Intel build. Once overclocked the difference between the two is pretty minimal however the Ryzen would be better for streaming if that's something your doing due to the extra threads. If you live near a Microcenter you can get the 1600 for $80 in store.
