Need help with cable placement.

Hello, i am having trouble finding where a cable goes. I am using a Cooler master K350 and MSI b150m Bazooka.
The cable i am speaking off has VCC, D-, D+ and two GND's if anyone could tell me what this does and where do i plug it in, also i have read the manual several times for the mobo and the case.
Thanks for the help sorry its my first build and having this small bit of trouble.

should be at the bottom most slots just below PCIe slots . IT is for the USB port and you should find the same markings there.
