Need help with case fan positioning

I'm wondering what case fan combination will give me the most effective cooling.

The combination I have in mind is
1x Top 120mm exhaust
1x Rear 120mm exhaust
1x side 120mm exhaust
1x front 120mm intake

or
2 x top 120mm exhaust
1x rear 120mm exhaust
1x front 120mm intake

Which one will be more efficient at keeping the case cool?

Normally front and side intake top and back exhaust! Just change the side fan in your first count.
