need help with case

so i have msi Z97 gaming 5 motherboard while my case is cooler master silencio 652s mid tower case will my motherboard fit? ill be buying a i7 4790k for processor i havent decided yet for my gpu.. but my choices is gtx 970 and r9 290 what do guys think should i pick?

Case is fine, I'd go the 970 over a 290

Both are great cards , but I agree go with the 970 , I own the MSI Gaming 970.
