Need help with checking and picking some parts for a build

Here is a computer build I am thinking of getting, I want to know if this would work together and I need help with picking a mobo and a power supply.

CPU: AMD FX-8320 OC to around 4.5 or higher
MOBO: Deciding between Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 and a ASRock 990FX Killer ATX AM3+ Motherboard
GPU: EVGA GTX 760 2GB superclocked with ACX cooler
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D14
Case: Thermaltake Chaser MK-I ATX Full Tower Case
Hard drive: a 500gb hard drive from my computer I have now
RAM: Kingston HyperX Red 2x4Gb 1600mhz
PSU: I am thinking of using this PSU from this pc I have now it is called Ultra LSP 750 watt psu but if you think it won't work give me a PSU that can do the job.

I am pretty new to computer building
but check this website out they autmaticly make it so you can't choose parts that are not compatibel and you can also see the predicted W usage
