Need help with choosing fans

Hello,

I'll make a new pc soon but i'm really over my budget 🙁. Still i want some fans to keep my pc cool because the case has only 2 out-take fans 🙁. So i want to buy 2 for intake but are cheap fans really bad? I'm talkinglike 3 dollar per fan. Here are the specs of it:

The other 2 fans will be the ones you get with the NZXT Source 530
What do you think?

nzxt fans are very good for the price...

But those ar not nzxt fans those are of some brand that you probably don't know and the nzxt fans come with the case 2 out take fans. But i want intake to so that is what i think will buy for intake

i bought myself some scharkoon systemfans for 3.50€ each (the medium speced ones) or the arctic f12 s are pretty good to

it looks like it moves a decent amount off air but 2250 rpm is a lot for a 120 mm fan so i don't think it will be silent

it says it doesn't have a speed sensor so that means its stuck at the max speed i guess

Probably you can only know it when you test it youself for sure
