need help with choosing new gaming pc components

Nov 12, 2014
I want to build a new gaming computer though im not sure what are the best parts to buy right now. My buget is 2500$ and the two components I want to have in for sure are an Asus Maximus vii Hero motherboard as well as an gtx 980 graphics card.
Two 970s in SLI are much faster than a single 980 for about the same cost.
