Hello,

I'm planning to upgrade my RAM capacity from my current 2x8GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX to 32GB (either 3200Mhz or 3600Mhz) but I don't know which to buy. I have a ROG Strix B450-F Gaming motherboard which has 4 slots for RAM, and I was looking at getting the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro.

Problem is, I don't know which to get - should I buy 2 of the 2x8GB kit so I can fill up the slots, or should I just get the 2x16GB kit? Also, I'm not too sure about which speed I can get since I saw that the motherboard only supports up to 3200Mhz (I might be wrong though).

Here are their product links:
16GB kit: https://www.amazon.sg/Corsair-Venge...vengeance+rgb+pro+32gb&qid=1597311769&sr=8-16

32GB kit: https://www.amazon.sg/Corsair-CMW32...+vengeance+rgb+pro+32gb&qid=1597311769&sr=8-1

Thank you :0

Better to get a kit to avoid possible compatibility issues. 3200 maximum for 2nd gen Ryzen or 3600 for 3rd gen.

Running four dimms makes it harder for the motherboard to run them at rated speeds. Most likely will drop to 2933. I would keep it to two sticks, 2x16GB.
