Need help with clean installation of Windows 10 PLEASE HELP!

Hi, im doing a clean install of windows 10 soon and am confused on what to do about the partitions. It seems my Pc has 3. So would i just format them all or delete all of them? And if i were to keep them which one would i install Windows 10 onto? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Just delete all the partitions and format.

Windows will automatically re-make the 3 necessary partitions for you.
