I currently have a MSI Radeon R7 250 and I can barely play Fortnite on all low with 30 fps so I am trying to buy a new graphics card like a r9 270X but I dont know if it will be compatible with my computer and I need to know before I buy and replace can someone help me

If your PC is fine with the R7-250, it will be fine with the R9-270X (as long as the PSU is up to the task). Or probably any other card.
Btw, it's always important to list your system specs when you ask for that kind of advise.

Sorry here are the pictures of my specs I know the case is fine and the motherboard should be fine

Also my power supply is 350W do I need to get a new power supply as well to support the R9 270X

Yes, you'll need to replace the PSU if you go with the R9-270X. A 500W or better with 2 x 6-pin PCIe connectors. It's actually the +12v rail of the PSU that will determine the ability of a PSU to handle the card, tho.
Unless you're getting the R9-270X at a really good price, the 4GB GTX 1050 Ti would be a better choice. Faster than the 270X in most games and runs fine on your existing 350W PSU. Btw, what is the make/model of the 350W PSU?
