Hello:

I am building a replacement for my aging Desktop and there are some areas where my expertise is lacking, mostly because I haven't followed developments very closely because I didn't think I could get there.

However I have found a solution to my roadblock and I think I can proceed and I am hopeful that followers of this forum might be able to provide me with some advice where I need it.

Here's what's inflexible:

Case: Cooler Master MCZ-005M-KWN00
P/S: Cooler Master V1000
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X with Wraith Prism Cooler or do I need water?

Here's where I have a couple of possibilities regarding a motherboard; alternatives welcome:
M/B: ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F Gaming Motherboard
M/B: Asrock 90 MXB7E0 A0UAYZ Gaming Motherboard
M/B: GIGABYTE X470 Aorus Gaming 7 Wi-Fi AM4/DDR4 ATX Motherboard

Memory is also a question mark - I don't know enough to select a speed from the CPU speed or the M/B speed. So, I've selected these two, one 16GB, the other 32GB,but the specs look the same to me. Again, suggestions are most welcome!

Finally, unless I'm missing something, is a Video Card. Here, I haven't a clue, but I don't play games so something simple I would guess. The worst I do is edit video files.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Solution
You don't need water.

Motherboard not much to choose between them, do you really need wireless?

Take 2 x16GB (rather than 4 x8) so that you can upgrade layer.
Get 3200 memory.

As far as GPU either a Nvidia 1060 or 1050Ti
