need help with counter strike global offensive

Hello im having an issue with trying to set 4:3 stretched screen on my laptop. I have a dedicated nvidia graphics card and an integrated intel hd graphics card. I can only achieve 4:3 stretched by changing the resolution in the intel control panel to the same resolution as in counter strike and selecting the full screen option, the issue with this is that it also changes the desktop to that resolution and i only want it for csgo. I should also mention that my nvidia control panel only has options for 3d settings.

Try in Control Panel, Display Settings instead. Monitors don't like being run at other than their native resolution.

Hi ive looked in control panel and im using the in built display as i said is there any way to set it so when i play csgo it will swith to desired resolution and then switch back when i alt tab?
