Need help with CPU and Graphics card upgrade please!

Just need to know if my other parts are fine to run this graphics card and CPU
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked 4GB
AMD FX-8350 8 Core Black Edition Processor

I have :
Antec High Current Gamer 620W Power Supply HCG-620
G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL (2x4GB) DDR3
CoolerMaster K350 Gamer USB 3.0
ASUS M5A99X EVO Motherboard R2

Also I need recommended fans If possible, for that case.
( I already have them parts in my computer and i'm upgrading my graphics card and cpu) I'm looking to play games like battlefield 4+
Wanting a 4gb Graphics card but my budget is $1k AUD for the upgrade. Please help !

All the parts you have there are compatible, I do suggest getting the corsair h100i or another after market cooler for your cpu.

If you have 1000 for the upgrade then I would completely switch motherboard and go over to an i7, here: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/FTspMp

Actually with the 50 left over you could get a better motherboard or a K series i7.

I agree, however if you dont want to spend any extra cash really, buy the cpu cooler and if you want over clock the cpu.
you wont need to spend anymore money this way.

No, not really. I have an fx 6300 and I play all games on ultra no problem.
