Need help with CPU decision.

Hi, i've 3 cpu candidates before buy, according the userbenchmark.net, it sorts:

1. i3-7350K
2. i5-7400
3. Ryzen 5 1400 (on future it's 8 threads can be advantage against 7350K?)

so which one should i buy?

why? well i dont have a much knowledge but i3 has better single core performance + unlocked. afaik only downside is 2cores, will this make a much difference since both have 4 threads?
